Introduction:
This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation and refund of digital marketing services provided by the ScaleUpbaba.com (“Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy applies to all clients of the Agency.
Right to Cancel:
Clients have the right to cancel the digital marketing services at any time by providing written notice to the Agency.
Refunds:
In the event of cancellation, the Agency will issue a refund in accordance with this Policy. Refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of the date of cancellation, which is applicable on physical goods only (if any).
Refund Amount:
The amount of the refund will depend on the services provided and the date of cancellation. The Agency will issue a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of the services.
Termination for Cause:
If the Agency terminates the digital marketing services due to the client’s breach of these terms and conditions, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
Changes to Policy:
The Agency reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, and your continued use of the digital marketing services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
